SHIPPING POLICY
At Hyper Pulse, we are proud to use Australia Post & Fastway Couriers to deliver our products to you, no matter where you are located in the Australia. Our strategic relationships with these shipping companies allow us to get your products to you in the quickest and safest manner possible.
Hyper Pulse offers FREE Delivery + tracking info for all domestic orders. Orders are dispatched within 2 days of purchase (excludes Saturday and Sunday) and we aim for delivery to take approximately between 5-10 business days.
Please Note that we are currently experiencing delays of up to 1 week on top of normal delivery times for: rural country areas, Tasmania, Western Australia and Northern Territory.
If delivery has been attempted, your parcel will be left in a secure location or a card will be left for you to collect at your nearest Australia Post office.
During peak holiday shopping periods (Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Boxing Day, Christmas etc.) please allow another 4-8 days in delays as our couriers can become very busy during these periods. We still aim to have your parcel delivered within 5-10 days.
ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED
All shipping times quoted on our website are estimations provided to us by our couriers. While we endeavour to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner, shipping times are dependent on the courier and outside influencing factors. (Eg: Floods, fire, public holidays, pandemic, may cause delays).
TRACKING
Once your order has left our warehouse and a tracking number has been received from the courier, please refer to the relevant courier for all update requests. If a tracking number is made available by our courier, it will be sent to your email shortly after.
I have entered the wrong address, how can I change it?
In the case that you have incorrectly entered your address, please contact our customer service team at: sales@hyperpulseau.com as soon as possible. If not notified as soon as possible it may unfortunately be too late to change the address. While we will do our best to ensure your order reaches you, we do not offer a refund on items sent to the incorrect address if you have not attempted to notify us. Any return to sender or re sending fees will be incurred at the customers expense.

Any possible taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please note at this point in time Hyper Pulse does not ship to any country outside of Australia.
